  I’ve been here a million times, and just now have I decided to make a review. Ask for any burger on the menu and you won’t be disappointed. Ask for any drink and you’ll praise this place.

  We have been here 2 times and both times the service has been poor but not as poor as how badly wrong they get the orders and when you do get the wright thing it is either ice cold chips with half the amount there are meant to be and sad amounts of sauce in the burgers like u mean 1 or 2 drops. Don't recomend recommend

  Not what I would expect from McDonald's, arrived at 11:40 ordered at self-service kiosk using table service, 20 minutes late no food, checked at counter, staff member disappeared off and sorted the missing order but didn't keep me informed as to what was going on. No ice, no BBq sauce in the dispenser. Worst of all no toilet paper in the girls toilet paper, had to take daughter some napkins

  Very disappointed! No milkshakes available. Food arrived like someone put it together blind folded, burgers were dry and not even in one piece, the tray was soaking from a spilled drink. Looking around the place the bins were full and there was rubbish mounted up around them. No napkins were provided and none for me to get to without going to the tills to ask for some. When I used the toilet it was worse, the sanitary bin was full, had used sanitary pads sticking out. The toilet roll holder hadn't been fitted with the new toilet roll and instead sat on top of the overfilled sanitary bin! My husband used the male toilets and said it was disgusting, looked like it hadn't been cleaned all week, dust, hair and general filth! Won't be rushing back!

  Our experience at McDonald's Broxden was honestly one of the worst we’ve ever had. We ordered through the drive-thru after a long journey, already tired and with three very hungry children. After waiting an unbelievable 55 minutes just to receive our first order, things only got worse. We were given the wrong order not once, but twice, and had to keep sending it back to the car. By the third attempt, the food we finally received was cold. I made it clear to the staff that I didn’t want cold food, especially given how long we had already waited, but it felt like our concerns were completely ignored after spending £58 By this point, my children were extremely upset and hungry, and we still had hours of travelling ahead of us. We decided to go inside, hoping to sort things properly, but the situation inside was chaotic. There were at least a dozen other customers waiting with complaints, and more people kept arriving who were also unhappy. The most shocking part of the experience was the behaviour of the manager, Mia. Her attitude towards both customers and staff was completely unacceptable. I asked to speak to her and she knew by the look on my face I wasn't happy so she wouldn't come and speak to me. At one point, when staff approached her for help, she was heard saying things like, “Just tell them it’s broken and give them something else” customers were clearly able to hear this (referring to milkshakes), and “Just give them another burger instead of what they want.” This level of disregard for customers was unbelievable. Even more concerning, one customer explained they had dietary requirements and were vegetarian, yet they were still handed a beef burger with no care or consideration. That is not just poor service — it’s completely irresponsible. The cleanliness of the place was also shocking. The kitchen area looked filthy, with chips and food scattered under units and across the floor. Staff had their hair down and there seemed to be no attention to hygiene, while food was being rushed and thrown into bags. Within just 15 minutes of being inside, there were easily 20 unhappy customers, all dealing with similar issues. The entire place felt disorganised, unhygienic, and badly managed. Overall, this was an appalling experience from start to finish. Poor service, long waits, cold food, and unacceptable management behaviour. Something seriously needs to change here — this level of service is simply not acceptable.
